PAM Legal Safeguards
PAM has various permission levels that enable authorised internal users to access one or more features of the service, whilst restricting access for others e.g. partner users only access their partner area and associated projects & alliances.
Users are required to accept Registration Terms that cover aspects such as data protection, privacy and terms around intellectual property and use of the system for the business purpose intended.
Unless customers want a bespoke implementation of PAM they sign a simple 4 page licence agreement written in plain english with fair terms for both parties thats sets out the mutual obligations and commitments.
