PAM can be turned on within minutes of agreement and customers can get benefits immediately from using the core version of PAM.
However we do offer bespoke development and customisation services to allow organisations to tailor PAM to their environment as well as create new tools and features that are specific to their needs. Examples include:
Probation Risk Map
By collaborating closely with the National Probation Service pioneer customers (London, West Midlands and Dorset Areas) and the National Offender Management body responsible for the business risk tool we developed an online version of their standard tool in PAM. The benefits for the Areas have been significant; they now dont have to work through painful paper based or spreadsheet oriented risk registers and have seen efficiency savings already. In addition it has enabled Areas to focus more proactively on business risk management and develop innovative strategies to turn some risks into opportunities and address them as part of their strategic plan.
BT Global Services
In working with BTGS on their partner of choice programme together we identified opportunities to help them improve their sales partnering win rate and reduce costs & risks through the use of better partner search and selection tools for sales staff around the world. As such we developed a unique partnering toolkit with simple workflow and PAM tools to complement their existing Siebel CRM and intranet. Now a core part of their partner enablement and assurance activity and giving them a positive return, the PAM Partnering Toolkit is being more widely deployed in the coming months.
